Thank you for taking the time to read it and to engage.
When I read your note about subconsciousness it made me think more about whether that has something to do with the background noise that you mentioned in your note and I referred to here, and that I was also linking here with information. Also, how your note linked the background noise with intelligence, seemed to resonate with what I wrote here.
What a wonderfully curious exploration! Your reflections invite a gentle awe at the vastness of perception. How much we filter. How much we miss. And how occasionally, a shift in those filters can open us to something extraordinary.
There’s a very soft bhakti-tinge in the way you describe this openness: a quiet reverence for the mind’s ability to tune in, to receive, and to be amazed. It reminds me that each of us carries unique capacities, and sometimes what feels like a “broken” filter is simply a different channel through which life, with all its richness and resonance, can shine. Your playful wonder here is a gift in itself, a small reminder to be present and attentive to the subtle, beautiful ways the world reaches us 🙏🏽
Wow, thank you so much. An incredibly thoughtful comment, which yet again adds even more to what I was trying to say. And with so much more conciseness!
Thank you so much for the amount of reflection you put in to your comments.
I think my posts would be better if you were to write them to be honest. Fancy doing a collaboration sometime?
I was half joking when I wrote that, but actually, could be fun. And / or helping with the edit of the next one? I would only ask if I hit on another concept I think you may enjoy though. We can DM about that and totally get if you wouldn't want to
hmmmmm…. a collaboration. I have never done one before. Except I did design, edit and layout a monthly online and hard-copy newsletter for the community I used to live with in Northern NSW, Australia. So let’s keep that option open my friend 🙏🏽
I was hoping the piece wouldn't draw focus too much to the documentary. Might have to rewrite it a bit maybe? I dunno.
I was hoping that the doc would be more like a quirky in-road to the notion that there is a lot more info "coming in" than our brains would know what to do with, therefore, should we be thinking of our brains as more like filters of information, rather than absorbers of it. And is that an important concept to define who we are?
Maybe I missed the mark a bit, but if you enjoyed it then I feel I should take that as a win. Nice one mate.
Filter, what to absorb and what to let through us…

No worries. I haven't either.
You always seem to be able to open my eyes to things within my own posts, it's crazy.
Ok, just putting it out there. Maybe just take the suggestion with a pinch of salt..... For now 😄
Hmm, interesting! Thank you so much for reading.
Yeah, I thought it was weird too. Just that they asked the camera crew, who didn’t have a clue what they were on about. Haha!
Haha, crazy. Good to get your engagement on it.

I enjoy your stuff also by the way 🙂
Yeah, that's a good point actually. It might be doing both at the same time
